Why I do this work
It took me two years to figure out what was happening with my own body. Two years of symptoms, dead ends, and doctors who weren’t asking the right questions, until I realized the research they were drawing from often wasn’t designed with women’s physiology in mind at all.
So I started digging. Into perimenopause. Into how hormonal fluctuations change everything from how we fast to how we sweat to how we sleep. Into why so much longevity research defaults to male biology. Into the gap between what women are living and what the science actually says about us.
That’s what drives everything I write and every community I build. I believe good communication is a form of care, and I bring that mindset, along with evidence-based rigor and emotional intelligence, to every story I shape and every community I build.
Women deserve a health conversation built for them. One that takes our biology seriously and gives us somewhere to gather with people asking the same questions we are. That’s the work.
