A translator of ideas, a strategic thinker, and a reliable partner to brands and editorial teams in science, health and wellness, and parenting and lifestyle.

I’m a freelance content marketing writer, journalist, and content strategist based in Denver with nearly two decades of experience in the startup, tech, and SaaS world.
I’ve helped stand up content strategy for start-ups, build international content teams, and write science-based stories that drives the average reader to action–all while staying true to my personal values of empathy, authenticity, and being unboring.
With a background in community building and leadership, and a foundation in science, parenting, and wellness writing, I bridge story and strategy to create meaningful, search-smart, audience-first content.
Fun fact: my degree is in Journalism, but I originally thought I’d be an electrical engineer. It’s possible I’m the only person in my program who satisfied her science requirements with physics classes. 👩🏻🔬

What I Do: Storytelling and Strategy
First and foremost I help you build trust through authentic, data-backed storytelling. We’ll put your ideas into engaging content your audience wants to read. And share.
You might need a series of steady blog posts to get your ideas and information into the hands (or eyeballs) of the right readers. Or you need help getting an editorial calendar up and running.
It could be that you need to revamp your welcome email series or create a consistent, converting newsletter.
Perhaps white papers, case studies, or long-form articles rooted in research and clarity is the project we partner on.
No matter what we create together, my deep research and empathy-driven voice will be a constant in the content, aligned with your mission and authentic to your readers.

The content we’ll create combines SEO strategy and AEO-centric writing optimized to show up in AI with the highest editorial quality, helping it rank well in search while still sounding like it was written by a real human. (If you’ve spent any time on LinkedIn lately, you know how important this is.)
I ask smart questions upfront to get to the core of what you need, then work independently to deliver publish-ready content on schedule that’ss adapted to your tone, values, and audience needs.
If you’re struggling with content that feels too technical or dry, that isn’t converting or ranking, that is inconsistent or feels off-brand, I’m here to help. Especially if you are part of tech that’s shaping the future, science communications, the health and wellness industry, speaking about parenting, family life, and mental wellness, or looking for thought leadership in the entrepreneurial space.

So, what’s up with the name, Letters from Ladyhawk?
I get this question often and I sometimes wish the answer was more exciting than it is. But, in our early days of dating, my spouse nicknamed me “Ladyhawk” for no particular reason and it stuck. Since then, I’ve had nameplate necklaces, more cards than I can count, and pretty much all of our friends call me Ladyhawk. When it was time to create my own business I took the charm of this nickname and used it to create Letters from Ladyhawk. And here we are. 💜
Since we’re on the personal side of things…
I’m a mom of three, a forever cat person (although I also love dogs and most other animals), and a voracious reader.
I’ve recently finished my first science fiction novel (hopefully to be published in early 2026), love to take my family on adventures around the globe (so far: Iceland, The Netherlands, the U.K., Portugal, Grand Cayman, and many, many of the U.S. States), and will pretty much always say yes to live music.
If you are looking for a partner who fuels fresh thinking and is a catalyst for creative sparks, send me at message–tiffany@theladyhawk.com–or connect with me on LinkedIn. I’m always a fan of meeting new people.
